I HIGHLY recommend the head spa treatment. My daughter came a few weeks back and then when I came from New Orleans for a long weekend I knew I had to try it.

I had the 75-minute with scalp exfoliation, rosemary treatment, facial and neck massage.

tl;dr If you want luxe, calm and care book today!!!!

First, for the first time in my life I’ve been battling sebborheic dermatitis for the last year since moving to Louisiana. As a loc’d girlie I was really nervous and a bit self conscious about my scalp issues. 😔

Second, I hit horrible traffic so my nervous system was a wreck 😣 because I was running late. ⏰ I communicated from the Uber and the owner was very kind. (I don’t play with people’s time so I appreciated the kindness) 🙏🏾

Karis made me feel comfortable with her friendly demeanor. She recommended options and was nurturing and educational through the process. ☺️

I felt a mix of luxury, calm and care. If you do breath work you’ll love being on the table and halo water stream & massage & facial. ☮️

I had just the right amount of privacy as Karis left the room and gave me space and solitude at different points. 🎯

My hair and scalp are so clean that my color is beautifully enhanced. My hair feels lighter and more buoyant and my scalp feels so clean but not dried out.

Karis’ massage hands are magic! I felt the knots in my neck melt. 🛌

If you’re anywhere in the DC, MD, VA (DE) area and you are seeking a total relaxation vibe of self care and luxe, you have to come here! 💯

I got a 75 minute luxury head spa and it was truly a pleasure and the definition of self care. TyMica was warm and friendly and ensured that I was comfortable. I was able to park right out front and she met me at the door. The next 75 minutes included the head spa, a neck and shoulder massage, a mini facial and blow dry (which she adjusted to maintain my curl pattern). I came for a 60min indulge head spa that I purchased on Groupon. Since it was a Groupon the service didn’t include several other offerings, but it was still a great experience.
Mera did a very nice job with the head massage and scalp detox.
The spa area is beautiful and very welcoming. It’s unassuming from the outside. Metered street parking is available in front.
I would definitely recommend the service....more

My husband and I were visiting town for an event and decided to treat ourselves to a relaxing spa morning—and we are so glad we chose Indulge Headspa. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere set the tone: soft meditation music, calming candlelight, and the soothing sound of a waterfall created the perfect serene escape.

We were both assigned to TyMica, and she was absolutely incredible. She made us feel instantly comfortable and explained each step of the head spa treatment. The experience included a detailed scalp analysis using a high-tech scanner, and it was fascinating (and a little humbling!) to see the state of our scalp health before the treatment. But the results afterwards were genuinely impressive. Our scalps felt lighter, cleaner, and visibly healthier.

The actual treatment was pure bliss—TyMica thoroughly scrubbed, steamed, and rinsed our hair with the utmost care. Every movement was intentional and soothing. The scalp massage was particularly amazing—deeply relaxing and tension-releasing. I also added a face mask to my service, which complemented the entire experience beautifully.

What really stood out was how thoughtful and holistic the entire approach was. It wasn’t just about aesthetics—it felt like a genuine investment in our well-being. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already talking about when we could come back.

Got my first scalp spa service ever today, by Mera B. It was AMAZING! I received a very thorough scalp analysis and treatment recommendations, and then got to relax. The service was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, and definitely included more components than other salons. I added extra massage time and it was worth every penny, I left with way less tension.
